Another 'cheat kit' where all of the painting is already done. Wanted to make it as stock as possible so used a pair of 47 Ford wheels in place of the included customs. Come up OK. Although definitely a 1/25 that IS a 1/25!

Beautiful build Geoff. Color scheme is off-the-hook and your wheels are perfect. So is the lightly modified flat head V-8!!

Looks great... I have one question: No side glass for those rear sections?

A terrific build of this great-looking automobile ! It is in a dynamite color scheme here, too.

Thank you gentlemen. Chris as always your feedback is precise, and appreciated. The rear window came in this clear acrylic sheet (needs the protective cover to come off). AMT provided a template to cut to size. However, I'm thinking it would be ideal to use to cutout the windscreen for the Bugatti Royale Coupe de Binder I'm making. Size wise I would have just about made it cutting out the 3 pieces, but that left absolutely no margin for error, so I 'sacrificed' the Ford woody rear windows hoping no one would notice. I should have known better! 🙄

I get it, but the good news is that those windows are "flat glass,"  which can be found virtually anywhere: small containers, blister packaging, craft stores, even microscope glass slides could work.    Therefore, should you eventually decide you want glass, you'll have plenty of sources - make all the mistakes you want!  😏 😀
