Yes, it unquestionably must be a model of one of the world's most beloved vehicles ! It certainly is one of the world's great food experiences .... an Oscar Mayer hot dog, either Chicago or New York style.
I recently found again my old Oscar Mayer weiner whistle in an indeterminate scale ...perhaps about 1/64 or so. And it is a working whistle, too, as the other side features the cut-outs for the musical tones.
Imagine driving around in the real 1:1 Weinermobile ... I am sure the gals would go crazy for this gigantic hot dog.
A pity it does not dispense mustard. This would look great on the lunch counter.

Just imagine the 'rear vision mirror responses" !
Oh, I wish I were an Oscar Mayer Wiener,
That is what I'd truly like to be-ee-ee.
'Cause if I were an Oscar Mayer Wiener,
Everyone would be in love with me.
Lol, an all-time advertising jingle that is unforgettable !
Very nice jingle ! A classic sung by some amazingly cute little kids. Even the Weinermobile makes an appearance.....
The Weinermobile? Was that in there?? LOL!

I have actually seen the Wienermobile at a Walmart in Spartanburg and running up the interstate 26 through Spartanburg. It brought back old memories.
How cool! Tell me John, when you saw it, did you actually say, or at least think, "Hot Dog!" ???I have actually seen the Wienermobile at a Walmart in Spartanburg and running up the interstate 26 through Spartanburg. It brought back old memories.
Whoa, a rare experience and pretty darn cool ! Imagine being able to tell one's grandkids : "Yep, kids, many years ago, I saw the giant hot dog vehicle actually driving around on the streets, playing that wonderful Oscar Mayer song !"
