Until I can get all my cars out of storage, I have to wait and enjoy some of them with some pictures I snapped. Some years ago, Maisto did a wonderful version in1/18 of the sleek 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray coupe. Here is mine in blue.

What a timeless, stunning design.....'63 thru '67 is as good as it gets IMHO.

Corvettes were real classics in those years (and all years as far as I'm concerned !) and Maisto did a fine job with their 1/18 scale diecast of this one. Smile

Classic color (Nassau Blue Metallic) for the 65 model and equipped perfectly with the finned aluminum wheels and standard exiting exhausts - gorgeous!

This model is head and shoulders the best Maisto ever IMO.

agree 100% Jack. 63-67 Corvettes appear in most "greatest car designs of all time lists"

It is such an awesome design and certainly at the time (and even now), it is an incredible head-turner as a real car or as a scale model.
