A couple of my younger brothers have owned several 1:1 Chevrolet Corvette Stingrays and they were/are fantastic automobiles. This is a 1/18 diecast model of the 1954 Chevrolet Corvette, right near the beginning of it's on-going remarkable production run. The diecast is from Ertl and it is really nicely done and well worth adding to one's 1/18 collection.

Thanks, Tony ! Ertl did a fine job with this diecast and it is remarkable the automobile has evolved and remains in production all these decades later.

@perrone1 a gorgeous model of a gorgeous 1/1, DM’s version is one of my favorites. Beautiful Pennant Blue is the perfect choice!

One of my favorites as well. Ertl's model, as shown by Mike, is quite a bit larger in 1/18th with excellent details.
This DM in 1/24th has insertable side windows and fabric top. Not sure if Ertl comes so equipped.

Those 1/24 Corvettes look superb ! The Ertl does not have the windows or convertible fabric top, but these scale cars and the diecasts are both excellent models.

Thank you ! Corvettes are such beautiful automobiles with a wonderful history connected to it and they are sensational models .... in any and all scales.

That certainly is a great color for it. Imagine driving around for real in this beautiful 1:1 "chick magnet" in 1954 !
