Stamp Models leads today with the first die-cast model in the company’s history — a 1:43 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz — from a maker whose entire catalogue to date has been handmade resin. Elsewhere: GH Model showed production samples of its 1:18 Ferrari 812 Superfast with a hard cap of 40 pieces or fewer per colour; Spark put the 2025 Verstappen Red Bull back into production in 1:18 and released a two-dozen-car rally slate in 1:43; and Henson & Heaven widened the Bugatti Tourbillon to ten exterior finishes for Q1 2027. Reference numbers, edition sizes, materials and delivery windows are given below where the manufacturers actually stated them, and flagged where they did not.
Stamp Models announces its first die-cast model
Stamp Models has announced what it calls its first ever die-cast model: a 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz in 1:43. For anyone who has followed this maker, that is the story of the day. Stamp built its reputation on handmade resin — the description the company still uses for itself on its own website — and its 1:43 Cadillacs to date, including the 1959 Eldorado Brougham Pininfarina and the 1958 Eldorado Biarritz “Raindrop” concept cars, have all been resin. Committing to die-cast tooling on a 1:43 subject is a different proposition entirely: higher up-front cost, and in principle larger production runs than the small resin batches collectors are used to from this shop.
No reference number, edition size, price or delivery window has been announced, and nothing has appeared on stampmodels.com — the announcement was made on the company’s own Facebook page. The obvious question the announcement does not answer is whether the move to die-cast brings opening panels with it. Stamp’s resin work is sealed, and 1:43 die-cast with proper shutlines is a genuinely hard thing to execute well. We will update this entry when Stamp publishes specifications.

Four Lancia 037s in one announcement is unusual even by Spark’s standards, and the two Peugeot 104 ZS entries — including Timo Mäkinen co-driven by Jean Todt at Portugal in 1978 — are the kind of subject that rarely gets tooled at all.

Time Micro has a pair of sealed metal 1:64 releases under the “Smilodon” Eastsiderz banner — a Nissan Skyline R34 and a Subaru Impreza “Raider” in blue and yellow — as TM648404 and TM648304. Delivery is quoted for December 2026. No prices or edition sizes were announced.

GH Model has unveiled production samples of its 1:18 Ferrari 812 Superfast. The model is resin and sealed, and the run is capped at 40 pieces or fewer. Seven exterior colours were shown: standard Red, Metallic Red, Yellow, Ice Blue, Plata Blue, Pearl White and Silver. Delivery is quoted for early September. Reference numbers are listed as TBD and no price has been announced. At those numbers this is a small-batch piece, so anyone who wants one should be watching for the order window rather than waiting on a review.
Norev Volkswagen 1303 (1973) in Pastel Yellow — ref 188675
Norev has a 1:18 Volkswagen 1303 from 1973 in Pastel Yellow, reference 188675. It is diecast and sealed — no opening panels — and the price comes in under $99 US. No delivery window or edition size was stated. The sealed body is the obvious point of debate here: the tooling and finish look right for the money, but collectors who want an opening-door Beetle at this scale are not being served by this one.
Henson & Heaven Bugatti Tourbillon — ten finishes for Q1 2027
Henson & Heaven is expanding its sealed resin Bugatti Tourbillon to ten exterior options, references HHB270301T through HHB270310T, with arrival quoted for Q1 2027. The finishes are Hermes Edition, Jet Grey, Atlantic Silver Blue, Chameleon Gold Green, Green Carbon with green stripe, Chas it.
Spark returns the Verstappen RB21 to production — 18S1004
The single 1:18 item in Spark’s latest batch is 18S1004, the Red Bull Racing RB21 #1 as raced by Max Verstappen to victory at the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix. This is a return to production rather than a new tool, which is worth knowing if you passed on it the first time. mpagne with brown carbon, L’Or Blanc, La Perle Rare, Blue Carbon with light blue, and Black Carbon with orange. Neither edition sizes nor prices were announced. One caution on scale: the announcement is headed 1:18 and current retail listings for the existing Tourbillon releases are 1:18, but the body copy of the announcement reads 1:8.
