Well, these guys keep pumping out American trucks and it's hard for me to look away. You may recall my 1/18 1967 Peterbilt, this KW makes a nice companion piece. It's taller than the PB because of the sleeper tilt-cab. Interior details are there but nothing special. Wheels & tires are just as nice as the PB's but all the "money" (tooling) went into all those exterior goodies.
Like Road King's PB, this KW also has a fixed hood, but the opening doors and posable steering allow for some finger fun. The KW's front bumper is chrome plastic UNLIKE the PB which is chrome metal. That's disappointing but I can live with it.

Still, despite the shortcomings, it's an impressive model! I want one!
