A few weeks back I posted some 1/18 stuff. Some folks wanted to see more, so.... here's much (not all ) of what I have. Most vehicles, including the tanks, are diecast AND several models have been enhanced by me (extra detail, working steering, slight weathering, etc... ). There's a TON more to do, but you know... 🙄 🙄
Don't you have any diecast cars with their trunks just waiting to be cut opened?
Actually, only a few (because I just don't buy them ). BTW: I have one decent size hobby room (but it could be larger! ) with about 6 showcases. Everything else is on shelves, some in their own display case. I have walls that look like this.

OMG....Thank you for this Chris. I'm going to show it to my wife who thinks MY collection is too much "clutter".
Btw....I assume your missus doesn't mind doing the dusting?

Actually (as I alluded to ) I have several walls like that.... but ALL are behind a lockable door. 😏 If you walked through my house, you'd NEVER know I even liked cars. There are NO car-related items anywhere (garages don't count! ). My wife has her hobby room and I have mine. 😀 (BTW: I have even more in N-scaletrains...but I can hide all that in one closet... )
My buddy gave me a Christmas present of a 1/18 Tiger tank maybe 10-15 years ago and I was amazed at the detail and subtlety of the colors and finish. I began scouting the big box stores and saw the wide range of WWll armor, soft skin and aircraft as well as all the accessories available. You can really achieve some great results working with the models saving yourself a boat load of time. I contemplated using some of these models as centerpieces for dioramas, but my 1/32-1/35 were way big enough as it was.
