I don't tend to collect Americana in 1/18 but this model was acquired from the widow of my friend who collected only Packard models.

This one is resin by Best of Show (BOS) and is a proud and fitting memorial of my friend Ken.

Packards are a class act, 1:1 or 1:18.  A great addition to your collection.

@gdh ...yes sir.   I've only owned one - for almost 21 years.   A 43,000-mile original 1956 Clipper Custom sedan (one of only a handful of 4-door cars I've had ).    Those doors shut like bank vaults.  😬 😧

What a brilliant Packard. And, yes, a wonderful memorial to your late buddy.

@chris   It isn't difficult to envision you at the wheel of that hunk of steel.  Nice ride.

I don't have the first one Bob; and am out of room. But you are right; each BOS that I have seen on this site, is incredible!

@perrone1 Yes indeed 1/43 and 1/64 with a few 1/87 thrown in for good measure.
