Is this CMC Porsche an early release ? I thought there was an issue where Porsche couldn't use 901 as the "0" middle digit was claimed by Peugeot. I could be mistaken, especially at my age...lol.

@100ford2003 Porsche did have to change the designation as you pointed out Peugeot had naming rights with the number, not sure how it all went but that is how the 911 came about in the name. Only a few 901's made it out before the name change. This version by CMC represents the beginning of the design that is still being used today, updated but still the same basic shape.
