Designed by Leo Ress and built by the Swiss firm of PP Sauber and Mercedes AG of Stuttgart, it was powered by a twin turbo 5.0 liter V8 producing between 720 and 820 hp. During its 1987 to 1989 production run, it had many notable successes including the 1980 24 Hours at Le Mans.
This is a 19 year old model by Exoto of the 1989 Works Prototype.

I love the C9. Another one I missed, though both Minichamps & Norev have recently released sealed versions.
