Turning Ferrari's 250 series into a nimble fast grand touring car for both road and track, this 250GT Berlinetta Passo Corso or short wheelbase was designed by Pininfarina and built by Sergio Scaglietti, this 250 variant debuted in Paris in 1959 and over the next few years, somewhere between 165 and 176 examples were built. The street version featured a steel frame and the competition version was all aluminum. The tried and true naturally aspirated 3.0 Colombo V12 produced 237 and 276 HP respectively. It was the first Ferrari to sport 4 wheel disc brakes. It was raced extensively in the early 1960s with Stirling Moss capturing the Silverstone Championship in 1961 and setting a GT lap record at Le Mans.
This beautiful replica is by CMC:
Magnificent detailing! Natch; it's CMC! Interior and engine bay are breathtaking! Beautiful car!
An outstanding model. I have the Stirling Moss version in 1/43. Would love to get this one.
That's one outstanding model.

@chris Wow! Looking at the pictures and reading about it's build makes it seem well worth the money for a serious collector. I daresay it's a bargain.
