I always loved that pale yellow GM used in the 60s.  Come to think of it the Big 3 all used it to some degree but GM was first....circa 1962.

Jack that is my favorite shade of yellow as it works for any type of body style not just sporty cars.

What a feast in yellow. The DKW and that what appears to be 1928 Chrysler 72 as raced that year at LeMans caught my attention.

You're correct David; it's actually a fairly decent 1/18 replica produced by Signature 15-20 years ago.

@chris

Wonderful model. I would love to have one although 1/43 would fit better with most of my LeMans models.

@bob-jackman Would you believe mine was better than free?   Somehow, I ended up with 4 of these - I purchased them "MIB"  for $5 each, then sold off three for a profit. Therefore, I, essentially, was "paid"  to own one.

I need more deals in life - just like that!  😀 😀 😀

@bob-jackman Quite right Bob; it works from Corvairs to Corvettes to Caddys.

Here are my 1/18s. I have a few yellow 1/43s too, maybe they need their own thread.
