"...maybe they need their own thread."
IDK about that, but maybe..... until I posted mine, I had NO idea I owned this many. 😯 😮 😶
Fabulous collection of yellow cars and pictures.
@grockwood Nice assortment. 😎 😎 Is much of your collection still "MIB?" 🤔 🤔
I would say 95% are in their box. 70% are MIB. All are in storage with my 1/18 tanks planes and figures.
@grockwood I was like you for many years..... then, about 25 years ago, my best friend (also a collector ) said, "I couldn't do what you do... I must remove my models from their boxes, they're meant to be enjoyed!"
He was right; now I have only a small percentage still "wrapped." Life is short, I might as well play with my toys (although half the fun is just owning them - I get it ) Sadly, he, at 61, passed away unexpectedly in May. We were best friends for 47 years - his comments resonate with greater depth these days.

I have a fairly deep 1/18 WW II collection of American & German stuff too.... My latest project was this re-work of a 1/18 R/C WW II German Steyr 1500A Kommandeurwagen:
