I was at the NNL East yesterday and when I saw this scratchbuilt '44 4 Ton Diamond T Wrecker, I thought of you.

Rich, I would positively LOVE to have something like this in my 1/18 WW II collection!! As I study these WW II vehicles, it's apparent many could be "kit-bashed"  and/or scratch built in 1/18 but I do NOT (NOT!! ) possess any real substantive knowledge/history about them (like YOU do ).  Which is in total contrast to the many 1/18 scratch-built mods I've tackled thus far.

But never say never.....right?  I may just muster "the guts"  to try.

I do have a decent size WW II 1/18 scale "War Chest...."     There's always room for one more, maybe two, three? four? 😏
