Impala for '58

.....I've said it a million times, "Wheels can make or break ANY model (and 1:1s too)."   I was NEVER a fan of the "Bold Gold"  Cadillac rim option, despite being innovative, rare & expensive, and those oh-so-wrong-for-1958 (very) wide whitewalls look terrible.

Bottom line: Nice car, but those wheels would have to go! 🤨 

@charles-rockett You lost me (sorry, I'm not all that bright )  What does, "START AS YOU MEAN TO GO ON!" mean?

@chris Cadillac being 'The Standard Of The World' , you clearly began life with big plans and high expectations.

@chris True they're very wide whitewalls and are all you see, really.

Got it. I'm sure my parents felt that way....
