@chris Wow....that Caddy's snow white....you really are the polar opposite.
Okay to differ.
Oh no, no, no... I'm right and you're wrong! Deal with it! 😀 😀 😀
Okay. I can deal with it. You're right and I'm wrong. If it keeps peace, works for me.

have disliked since the first day I saw it as a 7 year old in '59.
Wow! Tuff crowd! I've always been the polar opposite. As a kid in the late 1970's I saw a picture of a '59 Cadillac and just couldn't believe it! It was love at first site.
The '59 Caddy is just too far out there for my taste. And sorry, but in white it's even harder to look at. No car looks good in white! White erases any personality a car might have. My opinion of course!

that Caddy's snow white
"Dover white" to be exact. In 1960, Cadillac's switched to "Olympic white." - just say'n 😏
I'm not a fan of the '59 Caddy either. Its just too overwrought with chrome for my tastes and the styling of its fins leave me cold.
I can't pick an absolute favorite btwn the other four but I lean towards the Impala for obvious reasons.
No car looks good in white!
And I'll also share that with absolutely no intent of any disrespect to cat lovers of the world, but I DESPISE CATS!
We had one for 13 1/2 years and they were 13 1/2 years that I was always under duress in my own home. They are beasts that don't listen, can't be trained (other than the litter box) and the fur balls found every morning was more than I cared to deal with.
But my girls loved the damn thing so I couldn't get rid of it. If I sound dramatic, it doesn't even come close to saying how really awful my existence was with that thing in the house.

@georgeschire I am a big time domestic animal lover but I have to say that I just cannot warm up to cats for some weird reason. I have zero feelings towards them; no desire to even touch one. I don't even like to be in the same room as a cat.....maybe I need therapy. Mind you I have owned a couple of Cougars, a '68 and a '72....so I guess that counts for something. Lol.

I think you're safe from needing therapy since you've owned those Cougars.

I like the 1959 automobiles from GM and everyone else. Some real favorites among them for sure. I am happy to have several in 1/18 (and other scale) model form
And I also love (and have had as pets over the years) both cats and dogs. They each have their own personalities as both felines and canines and as individual animals.
@chris - Wow, man! You've got GM covered for 1959! Am I correct? In 1:18 scale, between Ford and Chrysler, only the Dodge was done in '59, right?
@marty-johnson Thanks, but with regard to your question:
Sunstar did release a 1959 Mercury, Yat Ming released a 1959 Ford-truck 🙄 ...... (and HW61 did release a '59 Nash ) 😎
