When I received this colorful brochure from WILEY E. COYOTE'S "ACME" Company, even though I'm NOT generally a 1:18 scale car guy, this was one I couldn't (and didn't) pass up!  I've long been a Hudson fan, and this model is even more beautiful in person than the brochure could relate it to be.

Produced by DANBURY MINT for ACME, it is as good a model as anything the company has ever produced.  When this 1:18 was received, it was #18 of that scale in my collection.  Before this Hudson and a select group of other 1:18s made their way to my shelves, I've always been a 1:24 scale guy.

I can't say enough good things about this ACME 1952 HUDSON HORNET CONVERTILBE (in Naples Green), as it is sound, detailed, and replicated to a tee.  If you are able to add one to your own collection, you won't regret it.

This one looks fantastic ! Acme/DM are undoubtedly using the great Highway 61 tooling for the '52-'53 Hudson Hornets. One of my convertible H61 '52 Hudsons features a continental kit and the other one is the regular rear bumper, as with this green version. Hudsons look great either way !

@mikedetorrice, for some reason Hudson's and Oldsmobile's have always had my heart.
