Dudley is lost in thought, mentally reviewing the seven wardrobe changes, eight shoe selections, several purse and other acoutrements selected, then discarded before the final outfit was settled upon. After arriving at their friend's house for the party, the need for a little touching up of her lipstick shouldn't have been a surprise for Dudley. Every man has experienced this metamorphosis of his spouse/partner, when preparing for a night out, and this isn't Dudley's first experience of this kind with his girlfriend. The irony that sits in the middle of his brain is the name of the object of his affection happens to be Patience.
Patience wears thin. But that gorgeous green and gold iron goes on to infinity! Great mini diorama, it's perfect with her last minute primp and his admiring/questioning glance.
Fantastic!
@perrone1 @grockwood Thanks, gents. I get very nervous when I handle that Bentley and I couldn't wait to put it back in its vitrine. But, it was the only model I could use as all the others, with the exception of the Citroen, don't have closed side windows.
If only the Flying B Bentley emblem on the trunk were bigger, you could have had her posing there but I still say, It's perfect!
The Bentley is magnificent as is the setting.
@bob-jackman @chris Thank you.
