that's an awesome display case and a great way to show off your treasurers.Â
May I ask where you got this from? That unit could solve a few of my problems for sure.
@john3976 For the amount of models you can display there under glass (or plexiglass) that's a steal! Thanks. I will check that out. They will ship, correct? I like the depth of it also.
Â
Yes they will ship to you I don't know how much the shipping is. I choose to pick up the case from their Ft. Myers warehouse location so I did not have to pay shipping costs. If you order check to see if they have a location near you and you can save shipping costs by picking it up yourself. They also will put the case together, I don't know the cost for that but I put the case together by myself and it was not hard at all.Â
The only issue I had was the rear hanger support brackets use a screw at the top to secure them and the screw would not allow the doors to be inserted into the upper inside track. I used some 6/32 short screws and three washers to secure those support brackets to the top of the case. You can purchase smaller packs of these at any hobby shop that sells model radio controlled airplanes.Â

You don't need the nylon nuts as the screws will self thread into the aluminum that the brackets screw too.Â
Made my final arrangement all I need now is for the Sox & Martin ramp truck to get here to add it to the Sox & Martin section on the bottom shelf.
Smokey Yunick has the top shelf with two ramp trucks, two Camaro's, two Mustangs and one of his indy cars.Â
The middle shelf is all muscle cars from GM, Ford and Chrysler.Â
The bottom shelf is all race cars including Shelby American, Jenkins Competition, Mopar with Judy Lilly, and soon Sox & Martin ramp truck.Â

Looks great! Where's the gift shop? 😀Â
NIce. looks large enough to have a diorama or two in there. Good price too.
A couple of tips for anyone who purchases a case like this one, the screws at the top of the support brackets were to long, maybe I installed the rear bracket supports backwards but the directions where drawings only so it was not real clear, but I resolved the issue by using some 6/32 screws used by the model airplane community.Â
The other tip is when you put in the shelf support brackets use a tie strap to secure it so you don't accident bump one and cause the entire self to come tumbling down into the any items below it. The shelf support brackets are very easy to knock out of the rear support bracket. A tie strap keeps the shelf support bracket from slide up and come out if you accidentally bump it.Â
Here are three photos, one showing the 6/32 Allen screw head and two showing the tie strap on the shelf support bracket where it slides into the rear bracket.Â

Here is a short video of the case it is from my iPhone so it is not the greatest video but it does show the case a little more.Â
