....this?  Seems like something right up YOUR alley - a Ford/Chevy combo that's also a wild looking vintage AWB drag car.

Until 15 minutes ago, I've never seen this one, but I LIKE IT!   Man, this would make a really great 1/18 project: A Yatming '64 Falcon body w/minimal cuts, an EZ-fab interior, "off the shelf"  rims & tires, simple one-color paint job, etc...

- just saying.  😎 🤔 😎 🤔

"This is Bobby lagana srs altered wheelbase car Chevamoco. Built in 1965 . Raced in 1966 till 1969. This is a great part of racing history. It is not a gasser. It's a altered wheelbase car. Mainly a match race car. It has a BBC with Muncie 4 speed. 9 inch rear. Enderly injection. The car was restored 10 years ago. No title. Bill of sale only. The car is retired. It can't be raced . It will not pass tec. You would have to update the car for new safety registration. It's a fun car to show."

Yup, and my understanding is that this "blasphemous (Chevy engine in a Ford) racecar has been restored and currently exists.  And you are soooooo right.  Most of the components already exist in 1:18 scale, making this a relatively straightforward and easy modification to tackle.  Heck, it could easily be started and finished within one week.

The rumor has it you have some extra time.  Laughter To Tears

1 = It's a rumor.  I haven't done anything hobby-wise or musically in 6 + weeks.

2 = I know, crazy, right!  Only a Dr. Frankenstein would create a mutant Chevy-Ford.  Imagine a fender badge with Chevrolet AND Ford logos?  😬 😬 😬

3 = Right again, this AWB has indeed been restored as is currently for sale for $45,000

@chris - Yeah!  I mean who would do something combining a Ford with a Chevy?  Only someone very weird.  Very weird, INDEED!  🤣
