Off the top of my head, this looks like a cross between a 1936 Ford and 1936 Hudson, but I do NOT know exactly what it is. I suspect, however, that it's a completely fictious model. Sorry I'm NO help.
Anyone?

It is a really good looking car/concept but I am with Chris and really don't know which automobile this is or is meant to depict. It may have a bit of 1936 Buick in the front and perhaps some 1936-37 Pontiac from the windshield on back.
