Not Your Daddy's D9

Back in my time, the Caterpillar D9 Dozer was an impressive sight and a welcome friend if you needed an instant landing site or anything else cleared out that was in your way. Well, over the decades, the venerable D9 has morphed into a monster. This the second scratch build that guy brought to the NNL East. Built from a photograph and a spec sheet, he modeled this 3 story giant being delivered straight from the factory to the Middle East before its field applied Desert Tan paint application. The roof comes off the cab to reveal the controls and a cache of small arms. Everything was built to military 1/35 scale. (Forgive the poor focus on some of these. My auto-focus quit on me.)
