This is a very nicely done 1/18 Ford coupe as done by Maisto in top-up and top-down convertible form. I have both a red and a black version, too. Any of them make a fine diecast to display of this great-looking automobile.

BEAUTIFUL! Perfect color combo for this 'shoebox', Maisto did a GREAT job of capturing the fidelity and stance of the 1:1! you did a FABULOUS job of capturing the 'feel' of the fifties in your photos!

Thanks, Tony ! Maisto did a fine job with this classic Ford and for a budget amount of money. I imagine the visual impact of this sleek shoebox Ford was impressive in 1949.

....yep, a great 1/18 Ford model.  I've hacked up a few of these over the years; I turned one into a vintage 1960-ish  AWB gasser.  Cool pics Mike.  😎 😎 😎

Thanks ! It is a classic car and Ford and it was also very nicely done in 1/18 by Maisto at a low price and in a variety of colors.

Another great set of photos Mike.  I agree this one of MAISTO better diecast.  When it first came out, I would hit all the local Sam's club and go thru the stack of MAISTO looking to find all the different colors. Several shoppers thought I worked there as I restacked the cars.  I even sold a few to people who asked me what I recommended as a gift. The black top up convertible is mine and a few other shoppers favorite.  The yellow, I believe, is rare as I have never seen another.

Wow, that is a sensational hue for the Maisto 1/18 '49-'50 Ford ! I also have never seen that attractive color before either.
