MotorMax did a fine job on this Buick Roadmaster automobile replica. It is quite a heavy diecast and in this cream color, looks really good. I believe MotorMax also did this one in other colors and also as a 1/43 model.

I have it in red.  I like your yellow one better.

I think this Buick beauty would also look pretty good in red, too ! I think MotorMax may also have done a blue version, perhaps light blue or dark blue or both. I'd bet this Roadmaster would be a fine model and automobile in just about any color other than "clear" ! Wink

Looks good in black & white.  Years ago, I was going to make a hardtop using Yat-ming's 1949 Cadillac. Unfortunately, the measures didn't quite line up and the project was scrapped. Despite trying buy a 1:1 once (that's another story ) I never cared much for these L-or-R side opening hoods. Still though, a good-looking car.  I would love to see a quality 1/18 1950 Buick one day.......  but I know I'm dreaming.

This one looks great from YM and it was a comparatively inexpensive diecast replica. I also believe some years ago another company did an early 1950's Buick sedan in 1/18 resin.

All the late 1940's and early 1950's Buicks make for great subject matter and excellent models. Of course, just about any Buick will qualify !
