Here is an early Yat Ming 1/18 diecast model ..... a 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible. Chevrolet were certainly good-looking automobiles and and make for a very cool replica.

What a pretty car.  Yat Ming missed the front end a bit but nailed the tail end very nicely.  The color combination is just really nice.

It is a very early Yat Ming yet overall they did a very quite nice job on this Chevrolet .........and at a typically very low YM price point. I also have Precision Miniatures excellent 4-door Bel Air and, as well, I also used to have Jada drag version of the 1956 Chevy coupe and that was also really cool.

...I'm not as enthusiastic about this one as you two are. IMO, this was one of Yat-Mings lesser  offerings.  Wheel tracks are too wide, the front clip is a bit odd, doors are not long enough, the grill is too tall, etc..  That Jada, despite being chopped, is a far better execution.  I did, however, extensively cut-up one '56 Yat-Ming for a Chevy project.
