Great looking model Mike. Nice use of GMP's old Trans-Am racer mold.
Thanks ! I only had this car for a week or so while I photographed it for Jim Thoren/Supercar Collectibles, but it was a real jewel of a model. I had a blue version too that was stunning and sometime I'll put up a snap or two of that one, also.
Yes, a very neat "tooling trick." This looks pretty damn slick... but I do believe BLUE would look even better. Mike, if you can find those pics.... I think several folks would love to see them.

Thanks ! GMP did a fine job with this special Yenko Camaro and I hope it did well for SuperCar Collectibles. Jim Thoren is a great supporter of the hobby.Â

Yep, good use from this great tooling. I was very impressed with GMP's detail and quality while I had it for pictures and it may have been a pre-production or prototype sample.
Here are a couple views I have of the blue edition. Somewhere I have dozens of overall and detail shots done for the SuperCar shoot.

Oh yeah, IMO....  this blue/white looks even better. This is really cool! 😎 😎    Thanks Mike.
Those wheels make these Yenkos look like restomods. Are they period? They look modern.
they're supposed to be restomods. The engines aren't stock either.
I'm with Chris...I like the blue better too.
