(Pics) Mid century modern - Mercury
Mercury had a sleek giant that year, ready to launch to the stars, too.

What more can I say. Great photos again. I love this model.
Since I was very young I was fascinated by the '59 Mercury. I have three of these in my collection (not this color though)

Thanks, Bob. You sure don't see many of these giant 1959 Mercury's around in 1:1 scale, so the SunStar's are a thrill to look at.

Thank you, John. They certainly are fascinating and eye-catching cars ..... especially in Fifties color schemes. I have a hardtop one too and they capture the "futuristic" design that such cars exemplified in the late Fifties-Early Sixties.
