I have this model and having had a 1/1 63 Spyder convertible had to have this. My only nit with the model is the pie sized outside mirror. I found a 1/24 scale mirror which seems to be much closer to scale. I found the mirror in my parts box and can't remember what it came off of.

I'm just guessing here, but I'm fairly certain that with the dress that damsel in distress is wearing, she's not going to have any trouble getting some big over-the-road truck driver to stop and lend her a hand. Just sayin'

HA! EVERYBODY (including me) complains about that 1/12 scale mirror (and the oversized wheelcovers ...and the non-opening hood). I have a few of these. One day I'd like to do a Gasser conversion!
