In 1964, Porsche unveiled their next generation sport coupe, the 901, at the Paris Auto Show. Peugeot immediately threatened to sue because they used a 3 number code for their models with a zero in the middle. Only 82 901s were already made before Porsche changed the model number to 911. The 911 series has evolved and exists to this day despite a few attempts by the company to replace it.
CMC's model of this car has an amazing number of features and details too numerous to list.
Terrific pictures Rich. Have the model and love it.
@moe-parr Is that a "K" car?
It's a Dodge Dynasty, that's why this thread's title made me think of it!
It was made for model years 1988 - 1993, built on a stretched version of the K-car chassis, and was a big sales success.
