This 2003 Honda NSX GT race car was the test bed for that year with the "0" designation. With its air box protruding over the roof, it looks outdated now as regulations changed eliminating them. It was probably very vital to the performance of the 3.5 liter V6 because it was naturally aspirated where as its Nissan competitor was turbocharges. At speed, the engine produced up to 500 HP race prepped with a theoretical 800 HP possible. This is another sealed model from the AUTOart Motorsport series from the All Japanese Grand Touring Championship series. This, like the Nissan Skyline posted below were sealed because neither wanted the top secret engines revealed even in model form. There were many regulation changes for 2003 that warranted this test bed including working on the now required flat bottom design that caused severe understeer as well as the normal performance and reliability issue that come with a brand new design.

@rich-sufficool

My preference is for that version with the pop-ups. Just such a smooth, cleaner look to me.
