Sunstar's FABULOUS 1951 Henry J.

Initially offered w/w out a trunk, and later as a gasser, it's truly a remarkable, very charming, little replica loaded with GREAT detail. Among Platinum releases, Sunstar's 1956 Mercury has the best chassis accuracy/features, but this Henry J is a CLOSE second.

It is a great replica from SunStar and I am happy to have two in different colors from them. A fine photographic look at the excellent details in this model !

Sunstar gave us some GREAT models !!

Yes sir... they sure did.  Henry J features & details I neglected to highlight include fold-down visors, working hood prop, fold-down rear seat, working parking brake cable, working suspension, photo-etched scripts, articulated metal trunk support, etc...      And all for the LOW price (back then ) of $49.00 or less!

The modern, maintenance-free battery is about the only mistake on this one.
