HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!    OK, so I'm a wee bit early - been to any brick & mortar stores lately?   😏😏

Years ago, Precision Miniatures released a beautifully executed series of 1/18 Cadillac & Ford "professional vehicles,"  including this 1966 S&S (Sayers & Scovill ) hearse.
Sadly, only their 1938 Cadillac hearse had ALL opening features (because it shared tooling with Signature ) but money was spent tooling realistic coffins, and chrome-plated church crutches.

Today, Greenlight owns this tooling, however, not all hearse releases have included the "accessories."    😮‍💨

Love the styling, though discomfited by the looming need for use of such a conveyance, which is why I don't have any.  The '66 Caddies had a really nice, long line from stem to stern.

Oh MAN! The detailing on that Caddy is fantastic. I'm completely blown away with the casket's interior. And your figures fit into the 'scene' perfectly. Every one of the images appear as 1:1's.

@gdh Yes, my dad bought a new '67 SDV.... long & low.    The 1965 re-design was so good, that Cadillac used it until the all-new 1971 models were released.   That was a SIX year run - something unheard of in the 1960's when GM was cash rich!  😮 😮 😯

@chris   I had a '67 CDV while in college, in SoCal, and a '67 CDV convertible in my early forties.  Loved them.  Here is the convertible:

@gdh ....right, I remember you saying that.      They were (are ) nice cars!  😉   I always preferred the '67 over the 1968's, not just for sentimental reasons but because 1967 was the last year for exposed wipers, round mirrors, no F&R running lights, etc...   it was the end of an "old-school era."      If you know what I mean.  😉 😉

My CDV was also white, with a black vinyl top.  I can't find any photos, but I'll keep looking.  I lost a harddrive full of them about fifteen years ago, when two backup harddrives failed, simultaneously.

@chris   Yeah, it was a b_tch.  Now, I have three backup HDs.  I haven't stored data on an internal drive in twenty-plus years and I never thought two external drives could fail at the same time, but they did.

Many moons ago, I had a small business creating tribute videos to show at wakes/services. I wish I had known about this model at the time; I would have loved to gift it to one of the funeral homes that was a steady customer.
