The one car that I want and can't find is the 1/18 scale Exoto 1966 Ford GT40 MKII driven by Ken Miles and Denny Hulme at LeMans. I have found two three car sets but they go for several thousand dollars and I am not really interested in the other two cars.
I have the Exoto 1966 Ford GT40 MKII Daytona 24 hour winner and the Exoto 1966 Ford GT40 MKII X-1 Roadster Sebring 12 hour winner. I just can't find the Ken Miles LeMans second place car from Exoto. I have the Shelby Collectibles version but it has some details wrong on it and it is not as detailed as the Exoto version.

I was able to get that car way back in 2004 - with a slight paint defect - for $150.00 - I didn't realize at the time what a great 'get' it was. I still technically have this car with rolling chassis on pre-order with Exoto - although not for the price it is currently listed at. All of my other unicorns are of cars that have not been produced by anybody - at least yet - with one exception the Jaguar XJ13
They are out there - but at prices that are too rich for my blood

@franklemire Yeah... that Jag is a beauty. I saw it at a show and kicked myself on the way home for not buying it. Oddly, it was still available the following year, so I gratefully pounced on it. It's such a beautiful design.

No champagne budget here but definitely a PBR taste for a 1/18 Revell Scirocco in red with the red/black tartan plaid interior just like the one I had.

Scaleworks claims they made the Craig Breedlove Sonic 1 LSR car. I've searched for it for years and have never found one. I'm still looking!
