1986 Dodge Diplomat Salon
This 1:24 scale diecast MotorMax 1985 Dodge Diplomat Salon arrived in a parcel with its chassis in three pieces, a missing hood ornament and a broken-off driver's side mirror. Fortunately I had also ordered a RCMP Diplomat police car with everything intact, so its hood ornament was copied. Since the stock Diplomat was "wrecked", it was completely disassembled and detailed as much as possible with carpet being added and the repaired chassis underside being painted. Model is 99.9% complete; the side mirror has to be attached.
I have never seen these Diplomats in any local stores, so it was really satisfying finding them.
