56 PONTIAC 4-DOOR DUG OUT OF SWAMP
THIS WAS A VERY WARPED 25TH SCALE 1956 PONTIAC 4-DOOR PROMO MODEL. I CUT OUT THE DOORS HOOD AND TRUNK CHANGED THE CHASSIE PUT IN AND AGED AN INTERIOR PUT IN REAL GLASS WINDOWS AND ADDED CHROME. THIS CAR WAS DRIVEN INTO THE SWAMPY AREA WHERE IT WAS DUG OUT OF BACK IN 1969 AND ITS SAT IN THE WOODS BEHIND AN OLD ABANDONED ALL THESE YEARS.PARTS HAVE EITHER BEEN REMOVED OR FELL OFF DUE TO SEVERE RUSTING.I WOULD HAVE LEFT IT THERE BUT NEW OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WANTED IT REMOVED. Have you anyone seen the painting by Dale Klee titled "Fifties Junkpile"? I have that painting hanging in my home, and love it.
