A couple of '58 Chevys

In 1958 they were Impalas in the Bel Air series.

In 1958 if you ordered a Bel-Air you would have gotten a Bel-Air and not an Impala.

Nice pair of Impalas. One of my favorite models.
While DM's have a couple of minor issues, they are still really great models. I have them all.

The answer is YES. But, the Bel Air had '2' tail-lights while the Impala...
...had '3' tail-lights.
The Bel Air was a completely different model / trim package.
Here's a link for a '58 Bel Air convertible.

I don't see a "regular" BelAir convertible. And the Impala is listed as in the BelAir series.

Never saw a BelAir convertible (58) The only Impalas were coupes or converts (as i recall)

I have two DM '58 Impalas: this Tropic Turquoise convertible plus the Glen Green coupe.
Got the convertible directly from DM way back in the 90s. It was one of my very first DM models. Got the coupe a couple of years ago on eBay. No box and the antennae were missing but the price was relative bargain. I simply replaced the antennae with those from a damaged DM '57 Bel Air convertible.
