They are K.O.'s 👍 And beautifully placed in their settings so as to appear as 1:1's.

Of particular interest to me since my dad had a 1955 Star Chief convertible. I took my drivers license test in that car in 1956. FM did a fabulous job on these models along with the color variants that were also done.

Have both, love both!  Regarding the hardtop, I actually have two.  Reason being the original release from Franklin Mint had incorrect "thin white wall tires" on it.

This really bugged me because it was not period correct, as "thin whites" didn't surface on American cars until 1962.  So it would have been impossible for a NEW '55 car to have them on.  Later FM admitted the error and released the model with the correct "wide wall tires".  And let me just say, it looks so much better with the correct whites.

P. S. I also have the FM special release in Two-tone BLUE convertible of this '55.  It's a beauty!

An additional note regarding the FM '55 Pontiac releases.  They also issued two limited editions, one was Black/over Red in color and the other was the reverse Red/over Black.  These also were incredible beauties and I was excited to add them to my collection.

However some years later the Black/over Red one was ridded with the dreaded "diecast rot".  Eventually it got so bad and deformed, I tossed the model in the garbage.  Happy to say the Red/over Black one is doing okay.  But hey friends, I check it often and I'd advise you to check yours too.

Pontiac offered such an outstanding choice of 2-tone colors in '55 & '56.  The '55 is my fave Poncho of that decade.
