I recently attended a car show at the Gilmore Car Museum. The show had a group of cars on display that celebrated Chrysler's 100th Anniversary.

How about one of Chrysler's finest releases in the past 100 years.

1948 Chrysler New Yorker Highlander Convertible

1948 Chrysler New Yorker 03
1948 Chrysler New Yorker 11
1948 Chrysler New Yorker 08
1948 Chrysler New Yorker 14
1948 Chrysler New Yorker 19
1948 Chrysler New Yorker 24
1948 Chrysler New Yorker 27
1948 Chrysler New Yorker 29

yes beautiful in blue indeed. Missed out then so pleased DM bought out the Sumac? red version. Love it, the color is somewhere between bright red and maroon. As always John, your photo essays are a delight!

A longtime fan of the '47-'48 Chrysler...this one is looking spectacular in blue! Loving the pics of course!

@perrone1 Have both, love both. As John says, the 47/48 Chryslers were beautiful designs.

Great pics of a beautiful and stately looking convertible John.  This car looks really nice in lighter colors as well; although it is mostly seen in darker shades.
