Staying with the wonderful DM 1958 Impala for another day. Yesterday's post featured the 1st '58 Impala issued, today's features the last.

In 2008, the Danbury Mint issued this model as a 50th Anniversary Limited Edition. The model was limited to the 2008 production. It is finished in Glen Green.

This one has always been favorite of the Danbury Mint '58 Chevy releases.  For the 1958 line-up offered by the Big Three automakers, the brand new for that year Impala get's my vote as most appealing to the eyes.  Those reverse tail fins and the "Z" shaped roof are knockouts!  Great pics John!!!

Having owned a 1/1 Impala hardtop, I had to have every issue DM did on the 58 Impala both hardtop and convertible.

This is a beautiful model.  It is nice to see it without a continental kit as the rear is so unique of a design.

I have a hardtop and convertible of all the 1958-1964 Impalas issued by the mints and WCPD, except this one. Its amazing how its held and increased its value over the years. I'll keep trying. As always John, great pics, thanks
