The best rattlesnake meat I ever had was in Texas chili at the Chili Championship Competition in Terlingua. Judy was there too, and burned the armadillo. They threw the whole scorched pot of armadillo chili out, and her with it!

they say Judy left Texas shortly after that scorched chili mass-a-cree event.......took a bus south the very next day,along with a secret (rumored) bear nacho recipe
