Something just a bit different today. It's a very nice replica of an iconic car from automotive history. The model crafted by Franklin Mint represents the actual car that made the 169-day journey from New York to Paris in 1908. One of only three 1907 Thomas Flyers known to exist today. The historic journey making car has been restored to its "entry to Paris" condition and is displayed at the National Automobile Museum in Nevada.

1907 Thomas Flyer Model 35 Touring

1907 Thomas Flyer Touring 0
1907 Thomas Flyer Touring 3
1907 Thomas Flyer Touring 1
1907 Thomas Flyer Touring 4
1907 Thomas Flyer Touring 5
1907 Thomas Flyer Touring 7
1907 Thomas Flyer Touring 6
1907 Thomas Flyer Touring 9

The perfect setting for your perfect photos John!!!  In 1:1 circles, that 'Flyer's' wheels and tires were certainly not THAT clean!!  Wink

Brass cars...TFM was king when it came to this era. More interest now then when I was collecting. A fine example, great pics of course.
