WOW!  I remember like it was yesterday when the '64 Mustang debuted.  I was only 12 years old.  LOL, that's a WOW too!  So hard to believe it's 60 years ago!  Man, time flies!  A great model tribute John with outstanding photos as usual.

I saw the Mustang when it was displayed at the 64-65 Worlds Fair.  You were able to ride in actual Ford cars from the time period on the skyway ride.

John, thanks for photos showing history of the Mustang. My first car was a 1967 Mustang, and later I owned a 2007 Mustang. I have driven or had rides in many other Mustangs in my life.

Thanks for the great photo essay of the Mustang's history John. I still have my college car, a 1965 Mustang convertible, purchased from the second owner in 1977.  It's gone thru a few changes over the years.  I also have a 1972 Grande which I bought from the original owner in 1990.  Both were in need of TLC when I got them.  I paid $500 for the '65 and $700 for the '72.  They're still fun to drive today.

Thanks guys.
Bob, I sold the Continental nearly five years ago.  I wasn’t actively selling it, but someone made me a good offer so I let it go. However, I inherited my dad’s ‘95 Town Car last year so I’m no longer Lincolnless.
