29 years ago, Danbury Mint released this 1965 Pontiac GTO finished in Iris Mist over Cream interior, red line tires and the optional split side exhausts that I absolutely adored. DM chose the 360 hp Tri-Power 389 w/ 4 speed option to fill the engine bay. A lack of wiring and some plumbing along with the dog leg hinges attest to the model's age.

Even though it's an early model I still love the image of this and the black convertible.

Gee, I remember getting mine. It had to be 1995 because I was living in Lake Tahoe at the time and we didn't get any mail delivery where I lived because of the weather so I had to go to the PO box and pick my mail up all the time.

I loved it and am pretty sure I still have it.
