Alice makes a furtive attempt to haul away Herbert’s wagon as he once again returns a full day late on the commuter train.
Accosted and detained by Officer O’Malley of the Rail Authority Division, Alice is pressed for her non-existent towing license. As it turns out, she is NOT in good standing with the RAD (A revelation that comes as no surprise to the good Sergeant).
In a calculated move that has served Alice well over the years, she immediately plays possum. When the first attempt fails to throw O’Malley "off the scent”, Alice gamely makes another attempt just moments later.
It looks as if Herb will keep the wagon.......for now

@john-barry Colombo with a Bogey accent! So it could be Dorothy?
I regret having introduced Colombo into this thread as he seems to have muddied the waters
