All outta' Cadillacs...
A 1:1 would have made a nice graduation present. I wonder who at GM decided to have the red inner fenders only on the W30. I was class of 1970. I knew some guys who got cars like this, but I got mom's '63 Dodge station wagon and had to share with my older sister.

Oh well John, I was class of '71 and still had my $200 '61 Ford Ranch Wagon.
Wasn't such a bad car really cause I spent more time under it & the hood so I'm proud to say that's how my repair skills were acquired !
Same here, Steve...
... I had a summer job in a body shop and repainted the old wagon, chrome reverses and glass packs. It had the wimpy but bulletproof 318 for which there absolutely NO performance aftermarket items back then. It was a 9 passenger, so all the rear seats folded flat, making me pretty popular for double dates to the drive in. Funny, but I don't remember any of the movies we saw!
