That's a '38 International issued by First Gear (1/25th) for Speedway. I have the truck which comes with red wheels and small wheel covers. Appears that Ira changed out the tires for the larger ones which look really nice. The truck also came with an "ICE" cooler, a small 24 bottle case of Shockwave energy drink, a case of some other product and two empty 5 gallon water cooler bottles.

Thanks Rick you've covered all the info. I only added Hoppin Hydros rims with Nascar tires. I have a lot to learn about taking pictures and posting, I meant to show the full Truck. Still available on e-bay.
