This was a quick and easy build as it has no engine. Almost reminds you of a Promotion car or a static model given out at dealerships. But it’s a good representation of the vehicle. Fills the void of a model that is not made in diecast.

I had a '61 2dr poster. I only wished I could have afforded the Galaxy 500 Starliner. I just loved that roofline:

excellent John, I have one of those around here somewhere too. Low priority display because of no engine. As you say it fills a blank. 4 door version was sold in Australia too.

Beautiful build John. The '61 is one of my all time favorite Fords. I have considered getting this one plus the '60 Starliner and doing the roof swap. Still may.😊🤔
