Another 1/24 figure arrived from that faraway land, today. He is a casual dude, who will lean against the side of his DM Jaguar, eventually. His features are not as detailed as I like, but this is an experiment with 1/24 figures. If the detail doesn't come up, I will likely go back to all 1/18, even though they are much more expensive.
His ride-to-be:
@diecast1-24cars I'm happy to share the information and here are the two from whom I have been buying regularly. I have found the prices from the first seller listed can sometimes be less and you can make counter offers, though one shouldn't trim their beard too close. The service from both has been excellent and I am placing another order today. Both of these sellers are on eBay.com and until the tariffs are removed you will have an additional cost, which should be noted in the eBay listings, or at the point of purchase.

If you want, you may tell them you were referred by my eBay moniker, 'ethandaniels,' in Germany. I will not be receiving any consideration for a referral, but it does let them know you're dealing with a referral from a repeat customer, and this can sometimes keep vendors on their toes. If you receive poor service I would expect you to let me know about it so I can reevaluate my relationship with the offending seller.
There are other sellers, in China, with what appear to be the same items at varying prices, though most are within the same pricing for the figures. I went with two so I have options, and with consistent purchasing I can be assured they are paying attention to details. So far, so good.
@diecast1-24cars I've never bought from ETSY. I just looked through their DE listings for figures and most have to be painted. I was shocked by the prices, as well. I would like to find a few figures in Edwardian or Victorian dress but so far, nothing that looks passable that I don't have to paint myself.
