I pulled the trigger, today, on a Danbury Mint 1934 Hispano-Suiza J12 Cabriolet in very good nick. It even comes with a box. The pics seem to support the seller's statement of condition, and I think I bought from him, a few months ago. Anyway, it is on its way and I have an idea for another vignette, including this gem.
I'm having some difficulty finding period-correct figures (painted) to go with my 1930s models. If anyone has a connection to a source, please let me know. Merci.
Another pillar of classic auto stability! Older tooling that still stands up to today's standards.
@geoff-jowett A very nice collection. I especially like the delivery vehicles on the right. Where did you find the red one and the white one, and who made them?
Thanks, Geoff. I will look for them.
I have friends in Indonesia and it is interesting how the seasons are reversed for us. The other interesting difference is the direction of the sun, for optimum light. Here, the garden is best situated at the south side of the house, whereas below the equator it is the opposite. Nuts, right?

God works in mysterious ways sir!
@geoff-jowett Well, whichever one of the three-thousand-plus historically-recognized deities it was who set this up, I have a few questions for him/her.
