I saw this model and I was curious to see if FM did it justice.  It was not expensive by any means and it didn't come with anything, though the front bumper was separate, when it arrived.  It was an easy fix, so no complaints.  It is a nice model, for the price, and I rather like it, to be candid.  Now, I just need to find some period figures to go with it, and my '29 Rolls Royce.  A challenge, perhaps, but half the fun is the search.

Yes, FM did a nice job on all three of these. Not a lot of detail as was the case with their more newer toolings and some of the 30's DM models. That one is the limited edition of 9500:

002

They also made a red version with fixed up top:

And a limited edition of 1500, also fixed up top:

Great find, older than what I collect personally,  but I still appreciate their elegance. 💯

must have for the 30s collector. I have the silver convertible and the cream fixed soft top. Nice pickup.

I have this one. I do prefer the original in silver with red interior and matching spoke wheel. I agree with Geoff.

What a gorgeous diecast of this Packard ! It looks terrific in all these colors and it would be difficult choosing a single favorite.

Loving the silver/black version that's parked in my display. Great pics!

@sizedoesmatter   The seller will be pleased, as they are from the auction listing.  I haven't been up and about much since it arrived.
